SMS Terms

In short. These terms cover the SMS messages Inflect Systems LLC sends through the Inflect Agents platform — account notifications and MFA/verification codes. They are transactional only, sent only to account owners who opt in themselves, and you can stop them any time by replying STOP.
1. The programs
By opting in (see our SMS Consent page), you agree to receive SMS from Inflect Systems LLC, operator of the Inflect Agents platform at inflect.systems, under two programs:
- Account notifications — a text when one of your agents needs you: a new hire awaiting your approval, an agent's budget or escalation request, or an agent paused on a budget-exhausted fault.
- MFA / verification codes — one-time codes to confirm it's you.
These messages are transactional. Inflect Agents does not send marketing or promotional SMS. Messages are delivered via Twilio.
2. Eligibility and consent
You must be at least 18 and the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number you register. You opt in yourself inside the logged-in cockpit (Access → SMS notifications) by entering your number, ticking a consent checkbox that is unchecked by default, and confirming a one-time verification code. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies with your account activity — you receive a notification only when one of your agents needs you, plus verification codes when you sign in or confirm a sensitive action.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Inflect Systems LLC does not charge for these messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply. Contact your carrier for plan details.
5. Opt out and help
Reply STOP to any Inflect Agents SMS to unsubscribe (we also honor STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT). You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages. To opt back in, reply START or re-run the opt-in flow in the cockpit. Reply HELP for help, or email support@inflect.systems.
6. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network and coverage; Inflect Systems LLC cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered.
7. Privacy
Your mobile number is used only to operate the programs above and is shared only with Twilio to deliver the messages you consented to. We do not share or sell mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full detail.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the effective date above. Continued enrollment after a change means you accept the updated terms.
