By using Inflect you agree to receive SMS and voice verification codes at the phone number you provide. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS. Message & data rates may apply.
1. Acceptance
By accessing Inflect ("we", "our", "Inflect") through inflect.systems, inflect.bot, or any Inflect subdomain, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility & authorized use
Inflect is a tenant-scoped tool licensed to the facility or organization that invited you ("the Facility"). You may use Inflect only to access documentation and ask questions about systems you are authorized to work on at that Facility.
You agree not to:
- Attempt to access another facility's data.
- Share your login credentials or one-time codes with another person.
- Scrape, republish, or redistribute content outside of the Facility.
- Reverse-engineer, probe, or attempt to bypass security controls.
- Use the service for unlawful purposes.
3. SMS & voice verification
Inflect uses SMS and voice calls, delivered via Twilio, solely for:
- One-time login verification codes.
- Invitations from your Facility admin.
- Account notifications directly related to your use of the service.
We do not send marketing SMS. Standard carrier messaging and data rates may apply. Message frequency is tied to your login activity, typically one message per sign-in, rarely more than a few per day.
To opt out, reply STOP to any Inflect SMS. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages unless you reply START to re-subscribe. For help, reply HELP to any Inflect SMS, or email support@inflect.bot.
4. Content ownership
Your Facility owns the documentation it uploads. Inflect holds a limited license to store, process, index, and display that content to authorized users within the Facility. Questions you ask the chat become part of the Facility's record for admin review.
5. Availability & changes
Inflect is provided on a best-effort basis. We may modify, suspend, or terminate features without notice. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated when practical.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
Inflect is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Industrial work is inherently hazardous; always verify procedures against your Facility's official documentation and follow all applicable safety practices. Inflect does not replace trained operator judgment.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inflect is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including any decisions made on the basis of answers returned by the chat.
8. Termination
Your access may be terminated by your Facility admin at any time. We may terminate access for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately; data retention follows our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which your Facility is located, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
